Q: Why should I use the B.E.F.E unit?
A: We could give you a million reasons why you should use the B.E.F.E unit but the most important one is that you owe it to your body.  We all owe it to our body and the B.E.F.E unit is a good way to possibly regain your health and energy.  No drugs involved, the device is completely non-intrusive and all you have to do is relax in the bath and let the B.E.F.E unit do the rest.

Q: Who should use the B.E.F.E Water Energy System?
A: Almost anyone can use our B.E.F.E units, including children and teenagers!

Q: Who should not use the B.E.F.E unit?
A: People who have battery operated implants (e.g. Pacemakers) should never use this System.  Pregnant women and anyone who has received an organ transplant or diabetes also should not use this product.

Q: Can I still use the B.E.F.E Unit while taking prescription drugs?
A: As a rule people who are on day-to-day prescription drugs, we feel this is fine, as long as you and your health professional are comfortable with it.  For people on life sustaining drugs, we recommend that you always consult with your health professional, possibly finish your course of medication, and then use the B.E.F.E unit.

Q: How does the System remove toxins from the body?
A: The system may provide the body with a boost of extra energy required to remove unwanted materials.

Q: Why do I feel tired after a bath?
A: People can feel tired or full of energy after a bath.  For those who might feel tired, it is recommended to use the B.E.F.E unit in the evening, so their bodies can get that well deserved rest.  If you feel full of energy after a bath, then it is best to have your bath in the morning.

Q: Does it matter what material my bath or foot-bathing container is made out of?
A: Plastic is perfectly okay.

Q: Why does the water color change?
A: The color change in the water can be attributed to a multitude of variances including, the water quality you are using and your health status.

Q: My water is clear and my wife's water is quite different, why?
A: There is no need to be concerned.  It has to do with the fact we are not created "equal". We do not have the same skin, the same health, the same lifestyle, and the same diet. The water color is a reflection of the "sediments" it contains AND the state of your health and skin.

Q: Why can I not use the B.E.F.E unit every day?
A: Give your body a break! It needs some times to assimilate this boost of energy, affecting the cellular system, the source of ALL energies.

Q: Can I use the B.E.F.E unit in a spa bath?
A: Certainly not as your spa unit probably contains chlorinated water.

Q: How does this unit compare to other more expensive units?
A: The B.E.F.E System is made of high quality components designed to give you years of use. The replaceable water modules are made from medical grade metal alloys scientifically designed for optimum healing performance. There is no need to replace messy metal plates. Just replace the whole module for less money than most our competition charge for the plates!

Q: Do I have to use salt or is salt required for proper use of this unit?
A: Salt is not required. You may use salt to increase the current flow in the water to the proper range. If your water already conducts at the proper range, salt is not needed.  If your water conducts higher than 3.00 then distilled water needs to be added. The proper range is 1.50 to 1.75 on the display.

Q: How do I get the yuk off the water module?
A: Here is what we suggest. First, try using bottled water, any purified water except distilled. For cleaning, get an old tooth brush, cut the bristles down if you need so the tooth brush will fit between the plates. For light cleaning without harsh cleaners you can use apple cider vinegar. Do not use white vinegar for anything that you put in or on your body since it is a by product of petroleum. For greater cleaning needs, use a cleaner such as CLR or Brasso to clean the metal plates. These both should do a wonderful job. BTW, the CLR is also great for getting the residue off of the tub used for soaking with the detox spa B.E.F.E System. Then we have to clean the cleaner because we do not want these harsh chemicals in the water when you soak in the B.E.F.E System. You can clean these both off with a good scrubbing of warm soapy water afterwards. Please be advised that constant cleaning of the water module to remove residues will decrease the life of the water module.  Another thing you can do that will help is purchase a separate water module for each person that uses the B.E.F.E System saving that water module for them. Most of the dark coloration on the water module is from the water, not from the person, although a person loaded with heavy metals can rid themselves of it slowly with the B.E.F.E System. The manufacturer is offering you an extra water module at cost if you order it with your B.E.F.E System.
